Overview

This qualification develops individuals into effective Contact Centre Managers. Contact Centre Managers oversee and optimize contact centre operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives. Upon successful completion, graduates will be proficient in:

Financial Management: Oversee contact centre budgets and control costs.
Operational Planning: Develop and execute operational plans to meet targets.
Human Resources Management: Lead and manage contact centre staff.
Customer and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards within the contact centre.
Process and Technology Optimization: Improve contact centre efficiency through process and technology enhancements.
